Summer '22 - Formula Builder

Summer '22 brings the new Formula Builder feature that allows more complex formulas to be added to the start criteria of record triggered flows.

Record triggered flows can now have filtered conditions which allows greater flexibility to ensure your record triggered flows only run if the conditions are met. This feature will allow the replacement of many workflow rules that used a similar function.

There is now a long list of functions that can be inserted into your formula for the entry conditions.

Summer 22 - Flow Trigger Explorer

The order of record triggered flows can now be configured with the drag and drop Flow Trigger Explorer.

You can now easily control which order they will run.

Click Edit Order and then drag up/down to change the order.

Summer 22 - Flow Triggers in Object Manager

You can now see the record triggered flows that run on that object, right from within the Object Manager.

Summer 22 - Collapsible Screen Headers

When building screen flows, you can now include headers that support collapsible sections. Not only can you break a large page into sections but users can click the chevron and collapse the section.

Click the chevron to collapse the section and click again to reveal the section.
